Raise the TEMP
As a former Division 1 athlete, Sarah spent years trying to find a workout that spoke not only her body but also her mind and overall state of being. During the pandemic Sarah embarked on the beginning of finding her love for aerobics and stumbled upon Pilates. Classically trained in Pilates and Barre, Sarah brings original movements and exercises of Joseph Pilates with a mix of her own pop-pilates. With the promise of not only becoming more aware of your body and how you carry yourself throughout the day. You will find on the other side of the Raise the TEMP method is not only a physically stronger version of yourself, but also mentally and emotionally stronger version as well.
