Raise the TEMP is a Pilates practice built on effort, precision, and presence. We believe strength is cultivated through disciplined movement, not shortcuts. Raise the TEMP studio is not a space designed to distract— it’s designed to focus, to sweat, and to build a real capacity for everyday life through challenging your body and mind. The heat comes from you. Sweat is not manufactured. Every practice asks for your attention, your integrity, and your willingness to meet yourself honestly through movement. Sarah Temperilli is a Pilates instructor known for her demanding, sweat driven approach to classical and contemporary Mat Pilates work and the most fun and sweaty Barre classes. A former Division 1 volleyball player with a love for dance. Based in Downtown Los Angeles, she has built a loyal following through precision-led programing, disciplined pacing, and a belief that real strength comes from within. Sarah teaches all Raise the TEMP practices herself, treating each class as a focused training session. Her work emphasizes control, posture, breath, and endurance. Creating heat through movement, not machines.
